A method for correcting the amplitude-phase distribution of an antenna array using an artificial neural network (ANN) in the presence of faulty antenna elements is proposed. The described approach enables real-time correction of the amplitude-phase distribution while accounting for element failures and reduces sidelobe levels of the radiation pattern in specified angular sectors. The study details the methodology for forming the training dataset, the architecture of the ANN, the learning process, and the applied loss function. Experimental results confirm the effectiveness of ANN-based correction for maintaining radiation pattern quality despite element failures. The method not only suppresses sidelobes in targeted angular regions but also operates efficiently in real-time.
