Bt eggplant in the Philippines Raw Data

The raw data was obtained from confined field trials of Bt and non-Bt eggplants in Pangasinan, Philippines from 2010 - 2012. The raw data is in MS Excel file with four sheets, namely: (1) Cry1Ac protein expression levels (parts per million dry weight, ppm DW) of different Bt eggplants plant parts for two trials; (2) Cry1Ac protein expression levels (ppm DW) in terminal leaves of Bt eggplants at different growth stages for two trials; (3) percent shoot damage of Bt and non-Bt eggplants for three trials; and, (4) percent fruit damage and larval count of Bt and non-Bt eggplants for three trials.
