The OHWL setback and SIZ applicable to each river and district are: Mississippi River: - CA-ROS: 200 foot setback, 100 foot SIZ - CA-RN: 100 foot setback, 50 foot SIZ - CA-RTC: 75 foot setback, 37.5 foot SIZ - CA-UM: 50 foot setback, 25 foot SIZ Vermillion River: - CA-ROS: 150 foot setback, 75 foot SIZ - CA-RN: 75 foot setback, 37.5 foot SIZ - CA-SR: 75 foot setback, 37.5 foot SIZ Minnesota River: - CA-ROS: 150 foot setback, 75 foot SIZ Rum River: - CA:RN: 75 foot setback, 37.5 foot SIZ - CA-RTC: 75 foot setback, 37.5 foot SIZ Crow River: - CA-RTC: 75 foot setback, 37.5 foot SIZ This shapefile is intended to be a generalized depiction of the SIZ. Delineation of the SIZ on any parcel for development purposes must be undertaken by surveying from the OHWL.
