Analysis of the effect of TSLP stimulated CD4+T cells on epigenetic markers in PyMT primary tumors

TSLP-stimulated CD4+ T cells block the promotion of breast cancer in a spontaneous PyMT mouse model. The goal of this project is to investigate what are the epigenetic changes induced by CD4+ T cells that lead to diminished proliferation of cancer cells K14-TSLPtg;PyMT;Rag1KO, and PyMT;Rag1KO mice were injected with wt CD4+ T cells at 4 weeks of age. Tumors were collected when they reached terminal size and tissue was processed for ChIP seq analysis.
