平台是面向建设工程行业全生命周期以及建设单位、勘察设计单位、施工单位、监理单位、咨询单位等各参建方的为实现数字化协同管理的软件。平台以轻量化BIM引擎为核心，利用物联网、边缘计算、5G、云计算、VR、AR、GIS、大数据、人工智能算法等新一代信息技术，将工程建设项目的立项决策、工程设计、工程建造、工程运维各阶段信息进行跨界融合，通过信息化、数字化、智能化手段，实现了建设项目全生命周期管理。

This platform is a software tailored for the full life cycle of the construction engineering industry and various project participants including construction owners, survey and design institutes, construction contractors, supervision enterprises and consulting firms, aiming to realize digital collaborative management. Centered on a lightweight BIM engine, the platform leverages next-generation information technologies including Internet of Things (IoT), edge computing, 5G, cloud computing, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Geographic Information System (GIS), big data and artificial intelligence algorithms to achieve cross-boundary integration of information across all phases of construction projects including project approval and decision-making, engineering design, engineering construction and engineering operation and maintenance. By means of informatization, digitalization and intelligentization, it realizes full life cycle management of construction projects.
