Data on termite diversity, abondance and varietal resistance in maize fields in the Republic of Benin

This is data on the diversity and abundance of termites collected in 60 maize fields in 30 villages (2 fields surveyed per village) across 5 agro-ecological zones in the Republic of Benin. Data were collected between August 2018 and September 2019. The data also presented the screening of resistance of five local maize varieties (Elèkpèrè, Igbado tchakpa, Forkui , Agbadé kouin winiwini, and Korga) against termite attacks. <br>
