Collect relevant information including medicinal material varieties, dosage, processing procedures, process names, treatment methods, process indicators, process parameters, experimental conditions and experimental results.
2. Data Processing:
(1) Validate pharmacodynamic experiments of preparations prepared with different formulas and processes. After data cleaning (e.g., removing erroneous data) and data analysis (e.g., Principal Component Analysis, PCA), establish a formula and preparation process dataset, and obtain information such as medicinal material varieties, dosage, processing procedures, treatment methods, process names, process indicators and process parameters.
(2) Based on animal pharmacodynamic experiments and toxicological experiments, through data cleaning, statistical analysis and other processing, establish a key pharmacodynamic experiment dataset, and obtain information such as medication dosage, number of test animals, administration times and administration cycle.
3. Data Application: This dataset is applicable to the R&D, production and clinical application scenarios of antidepressant drugs in the pharmaceutical field, which can effectively improve the efficiency of drug R&D and production, as well as the accuracy of clinical efficacy prediction.
