Winner of the Stars of Europe Trophy

Created in 2013 by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, the Stars of Europe trophies reward teams of researchers for their European commitment and their work in coordinating projects.

As such, they reward:

* teams of researchers coordinated by a project leader submitted on behalf of a French structure, who won a European call for projects and completed the project until its completion;
* Completed projects for which the final report has been submitted between 1 July of the previous year and 30 June of the current year.

The winners are selected by a high-level jury on the basis of the following criteria: the quality of scientific production, the creation of value (direct economic and technological benefits in the form of new products, services and technologies, and indirect benefits), the societal dimension of the project but also, the multidisciplinarity and interdisciplinarity of the project, or the number of women involved in the project, its contribution to the training of young people, and to job creation, the international openness, the leadership role played by the French teams in the project.
