The areas of a municipal map are described in the urban planning code (extracts) SECTOR R 161-4: ‘The graphic document(s) shall delimit the sectors where constructions are authorised and those where constructions cannot be authorised, with the exception of: ... “ R. 161-5: ‘The graphic document(s) may specify that an area is reserved for the establishment of activities, in particular those which are incompatible with the neighbourhood of inhabited areas.’ R. 161-7: ‘The graphic document(s) shall, where appropriate, delimit the areas in which the reconstruction of a building destroyed by a disaster is not authorised.’
