Skin wounds in mice of different number of days the transcriptome sequencing

C57BL/6J mice wound closure areas were photographed and measured daily until day 14 post-wound. At days 1, 3, 7, 10, 12 and 14 after wound injury batches of mice were sacrificed after anesthesia and full thickness skin samples were collected from the entire wound sites (including the scab and epithelial margins) for evaluation. A total of 7 samples, respectively,3,5,7,10,12 0 and 14 days after mice skin damage tissue samples, each sample with 5 repeat, 0 days after injury of tissue samples in the control group.
