WSDOT template for Esri file geodatabase polygon feature class. Template has pre-defined attribute schema to help users create data that is more consistent or compliant with agency standards. Metadata has been created using the FGDC metadata style but stored in the ArcGIS format. Content presentation will change upon export to FGDC format.
