4-year time series of 30 minute eddy covariance sensible heat flux and latent heat flux measurements with supporting meteorological data at 3 sites (wet Norway spruce, WNS, dry Norway spruce,DNS, and European beech, EB) All sites are part of the CzeCOS network of EC towers run by the Global Change Research Institute, CzechGlobe All flux data has undergone correction and quality checking procedures In addition, daily relative soil moisture estimates from the SoilClim model for the WNS, DNS and EB sites are included (growing season only). The available Volumetric soil water content measurements are also included for the WNS and EB sites.
