Fastq sequencing files representing two biological replicates (TBB001 and TBB002) of Transposon-directed insertion site (TraDIS) sequencing of a library of over 1 million Burkholderia pseudomallei mutants. The sequencing was performed using a nested primer set within the miniTn5 transposon, allowing us to identify the insertion sites down to a single nucleotide. More detail can be found in Moule et. al (2014).
