Transcriptomic analysis of gene-targeted and control human monocyte-derived macrophages and monocyte derived dendritic cells on day 7 of differentiation as well as day 0 blood monocytes from three healthy donors. THP1 cells +/- PMA were also sequenced. Barcoded sequencing libraries were prepared using the QuantSeq FWD kit (Lexogen, Vienna, Austria).
