This study focused on the comparative analysis of the genome sequences of wild-type tomato plants and high expression of ERF.D3, aiming to identify the differentially expressed genes between them, and discover the important regulatory genes of tomato ripening and aging, providing more theoretical basis for the development of tomatoes with stronger storage tolerance.
