Novel probiotic bacteria retrieved from wild rock ptarmigans

Target of the study is cecal bacteriome of wild Japanese rock ptarmigans in Tateyama mountains and artificially raised Svarbard rock ptarmigans in Yokohama Zoo.

本研究的研究对象为栖息于立山山脉的野生日本岩雷鸟的盲肠微生物组（cecal bacteriome），以及横滨动物园内人工饲养的斯瓦尔巴岩雷鸟的盲肠微生物组。
