Larix gmelinii Transcriptome or Gene expression

Due to the difficulty of isolation of RNA from conifer and the complicated secondary metabolism products in the conifer tissue, the basic molecular biology information that had been accumulated is less and the information of the relevant gene is rare. But the conifer is an important forest tree, especially for ecosystems in the forest. We performed de novo sequencing and assembly of dahurian larch transcriptome using a short read sequencing technology (Illumina). Larix gmelinii (Rupr.) Rupr. mixed sample treated by jasmonic acid and methyl jasmonate.
