Multi-site Gastritis Detection

 This project involves Chengdu Medical College, North Sichuan Medical College, and Zigong Fourth People’s Hospital to validate the effectiveness of the proposed FL method. In total, we collected 3018 image data samples. These data exhibited heterogeneity in the following aspects.1. The image acquisition process was independently conducted by doctors from three different hospitals. Due to variations in skills and experience, images of the same pathological condition may exhibit heterogeneity.2. The hospitals’ diverse locations result in data heterogeneity due to variations in population, environment, socio-economic factors, and other regional aspects.3. The distribution of image data varies significantly across different lesions and lesion locations among the three hospitals, resulting in data heterogeneity.
