Purpose: The goals of this study are to compare NGS-derived retinal transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) from WT and Wfs1-/- mices. Methods: Retinal mRNA profiles of 240-day-old wild-type (WT) and retina Wolframin knockout (Wfs1-/-) mice were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
