IMOS FAIMMS Sensor Network data - Davies Reef Sensor Float 2 Water Temperature - From 09 Dec 2009 To 31 Dec 2011

The 'Facility for Automated Intelligent Monitoring of Marine Systems' (FAIMMS) is a facility of the Australian 'Integrated Marine Observing System' (IMOS) project. This data set was collected by the FAIMMS Great Barrier Reef Sensor Network and contains data from the following sensor deployments: \n\nThere have been 2 deployments for the Water Temperature data set.\n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Water Temperature at 7.0m from 09 Dec 2009 through to 22 Dec 2010, and the installation was located at/on Davies Reef Sensor Float 2 Latitude:-18.83677 - Longitude:147.63406. Sensor deployed was a Seabird SBE39-IM manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model SBE39. The following comment was recorded regarding this deployment - 'Davies Reef SF2 SBE39 Thermistor mounted on the bottom'.\n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Water Temperature at 6.5m from 22 Dec 2010 through to 31 Dec 2011, and the installation was located at/on Davies Reef Sensor Float 2 Latitude:-18.83677 - Longitude:147.63406. Sensor deployed was a Seabird SBE39-IM with Pressure manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model 39IM. The following comment was recorded regarding this deployment - 'Surface thermistor on SF2 at Davies Reef'.\n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Water Temperature at 0.6m from 22 Dec 2010 through to 23 Nov 2011, and the installation was located at/on Davies Reef Sensor Float 2 Latitude:-18.83677 - Longitude:147.63406. Sensor deployed was a MEA2173 SDI-12 Smart Temperature Sensor manufactured by Measurement Engineering Australia, model MEA2173.
