Selbe river basin is located in center of Mongolia, in the north of Ulaanbaatar. It is the upper basin of the Tuul Stream basin (6300km2). From mid of 90th, settling area and population have been rapidly increasing. Following the human activities, individual house building, paved areas, groundwater wells and livestock pasture are in creasing. Also forest cut and cultivation took place in some extend.
