The analysis of the RNA-binding protein immunoprecipitation sequencing (RIP-seq) experiment is performed to identified YAP-specific binding lncRNAs. Overall design: A RIP-seq assay for YAP-specific binding lncRNAs were performed and the anti-IgG group was performed as negative control.
