Our research is helpful to understand the physiological and pathological level changes caused by the ligand insB acting on the receptor Olfr109 on the islets, to find the mechanism of the signaling pathway downstream of Olfr109 under the action of the ligand, and to determine which signaling pathway is mediated by Olfr109 In this study, we isolated pancreatic islets from wild mice that were treated with control vehicle or the ligand insB:9-23 stimulation. The control group and the ligand stimulation group (3 samples each) were subjected to RNA sequencing.
