Small RNA sequencing of seed coats in four soybean cultivars

Soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] has various seed coat colors. Especially, Black soybean stands in the limelight because of anthocyanin which is one of the useful secondary metabolites in black pigment. Many studies have explored the involvement of miRNA in inhibiting pigmentation. This small RNA sequencing was conducted to delve deeper into elucidating this mechanism.
