This data set was acquired during a five months deployment of a moored hydrophone in 2015 by investigators Dr. Timothy Crone and Dr. Del Bohnenstiehl. The data file is in the HDF5 Hierarchical Data Format and captures a submarine volcanic eruption. The data set is cited in Crone and Bohnenstiehl, 2017.
