An Anti-Fraud Solution (AnZhuanFan) is an end-to-end digital product developed in accordance with the requirements of public security organs. It is constructed by adopting technologies including cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence (AI), 5G and others, combining the cloud, network, edge and terminal atomic capabilities of China Telecom, and integrating the data and security capabilities of multiple cooperative partners. Developed through integrated platform development and operated in a unified manner, this solution provides full-process anti-fraud services covering early warning, interception of fraud cases and multi-channel dissuasion for at-risk individuals.
