CD4+ T and myeloid cell responses to influenza vaccine stimulation in younger and older adults

A single-cell transcriptomic dataset of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) either unstimulated or stimulated with influenza vaccine antigens. This study includes twelve older and twelve younger adults. The data objects contain all PBMC, the myeloid cells, or the CD4 T cells.
