Specific V-region T-cell receptor repertoires of healthy adult peripheral blood and cord blood samples. V genes primed were TRAV8-4, TRAV21, TRBV12-3 and TRBV20-1. cDNA was also 'barcoded' with random hexamers at either end prior to amplification to allow error-correction.
