This file contains the raw in vivo calcium imaging data of somatostatin-O (unlabeled) and somatostatin-Calb2 (labeled) neurons in the barrel cortex. The files are organized by training paradigms: either sensory association training (SAT) or pseudotraining (PSE). The file names follow the format: MouseID_ImagingFOV_FileType. Each mouse dataset includes a raw MATLAB file, an Arduino file, and an Arduino time point file.
