Casing soil microbiome mediates suppression of bacterial blotch of mushrooms during consecutive cultivation cycles: 16S data

Exploration of the bacterial community in casing soil mixtures and on mushroom caps from different cultivars during bacterial blotch outbreaks in mushroom cultivation. Development of insights on the qualitative and quantitative differences in the bacterial and fungal microbiome of blotch suppressive soils and blotch resilient cultivars of mushrooms.
