DS01.12 Teff methylome data This dataset contains methylome data for all 12 teff parental lines (11 male and a single female parent) used to generate 11 teff F1 hybrids. The data are from plants grown under well-watered (WW) conditions, with three biological replicates for each parent. After genomic DNA (gDNA) extraction, the three gDNA samples from each parent were normalized, pooled and used to prepare a single enzymatic methyl-seq (EM-seq) library per parent. Each pooled EM-seq library was sequenced to generate the methylation data. The methods used to produce these data are described in the Eragrostis tef deliverable D1.4.
