This repository contains the supplementary tables of a manuscript entitled: "Comparative genomics reveals early emergence and biased spatio-temporal distribution of SARS-CoV-2 ". Published in MBE.The repository provides:1) The complete list of polymorphic sites in the genome of SARS-CoV-2 considered in the study and their functional annotation2) A description of all Haplogroups (HGs) and Macrohaplogroups (MGs) defined in the study3) The complete list of SARS-CoV-2 sequences considered in the study and their assignment to the corresponding HG and MHG4) Estimates of allele frequencies based on the time intervals discussed in the paperSee the readme file for more information and a more thorough description of the data herein providedThese data will be updated regularly.
