在电动自行车新国标推行实施的背景下,制动性能是电动自行车安全性能的重要参数,针对电动自行车车速、制动距离进行测量,并将制动距离换算为校正值的方法进行比较分析,通过国家标准,进而确定在具体制动条件下电动自行车的制动性能,为生产企业质量改进、加强政府监管、保障消费者出行安全提供参考和技术支撑。检测电动自行车在干态(前后同时制动)、干态(后制动)、湿态(前后同时制动)、湿态(后制动)状态下运行的各项参数,包括规定车速Vs、车速Vm、制动距离Sm,在通过对校正距离进行修约得到制动性能。校正距离Sc=Vs²*Sm/Vm²。算法根据电动自行车制动距离测量方法和测量程序,确定被测量校正距离Sc(输出量)与其它量(输入量)包括车速Vm、制动距离Sm、规定车速Vs之间的函数关系,测量结果Sc将取决于输入量Vs、Vm、Sm,形成最终的制动距离。

Against the backdrop of the rollout and enforcement of the new national standard for electric bicycles (e-bikes), braking performance is a critical safety parameter for e-bikes. This study measures the speed and braking distance of e-bikes, compares and analyzes methods for converting braking distance into corrected values in compliance with national standards, and determines the braking performance of e-bikes under specific braking conditions. The findings provide reference and technical support for quality improvement of e-bike manufacturers, enhanced government regulatory oversight, and safeguarding consumers' travel safety. This study tests various operating parameters of e-bikes under four testing conditions: dry state with simultaneous front and rear braking, dry state with only rear braking, wet state with simultaneous front and rear braking, and wet state with only rear braking. The measured parameters include the specified speed Vs, actual measured speed Vm, and braking distance Sm. The braking performance is derived by rounding the calculated corrected distance. The corrected distance Sc is calculated using the formula: Sc = (Vs² × Sm) / Vm². Based on the e-bike braking distance measurement method and procedure, the algorithm establishes the functional relationship between the output quantity (measured corrected distance Sc) and the input quantities including Vm, Sm, and Vs. The measurement result Sc, which depends on the three input quantities Vs, Vm, and Sm, serves as the final corrected braking distance.
