资源简介:
At present, there have been many studies on the effects of delivery methods on neonatal intestinal microorganisms, but their research methods basically rely on sequencing. Although there are many studies on intestinal bacteria and diseases in infants and young children, there are few studies on the culture of intestinal bacteria in neonatal fetal feces, especially on which intestinal bacteria can be isolated under different modes of production. In this study, in addition to the method of sequencing, the method of culture group was also used to cultivate the parturition of newborn babies. By optimizing the culture conditions, bacterial strains were isolated from neonatal meconium, and the bacterial bank was established. While potential probiotics were found, unreported new bacteria were isolated. Combined with the results of the two research methods, the composition of intestinal microflora of newborns born with different delivery methods were compared to provide a theoretical basis for the study of the influence of delivery methods on neonatal intestinal flora. The culture results were compared with the sequencing results, and the differences between the two research methods were compared, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the study of neonatal intestinal flora by culture omics. At the same time, it can also provide neonatal strains for the study of neonatal disease-related bacteria.
