Pathogenic mutations in tumor microenvironment drive tumor progression in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma through tumor-stroma cross-talk.

Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) is an aggressive and highly heterogeneous group of Non-Hodgkins lymphoma (NHL). Despite the recent therapeutic advancements like introduction of rituximab for improving the survival, approximately one-third patients are still refractory to treatment and eventually relapse. To investigate the oncogenic profile of Indian DLBCL cohort, this study investigates the stromal gene mutation profile in DLBCL cases and its effect on expression profiling and downstream targets.
