Transcriptome analyses of the Rhizophagus irregularis-Populus mycorrhiza

Populus seedlings are co-cultured with Rhizophagus irregularis for a period of 8 weeks. During the culture, root-microbe interactions are monitored, and root samples are collected for transcriptome analysis.
