Data consists of survey data, de-identified in an excel spreadsheet. the data is from the study “Feeding and Support of Children with Cerebral Palsy: a Cross-Sectional Survey of Caregivers“. It contains quantitative and qualitative data. The codes for data input are given in the spreadsheet as well as the questions to the survey. Data were collected from an online Qualtrics link as well as hard copies sent to participants that do not have email addresses. The participants are from the Cerebral Palsy Alliance NSW and ACT Register. 2 files: One pdf file 400KB [survey]; One excel file 64KB [dataset] This dataset is not available for open access due to ethics conditions.
