通过水质TDS值以及水质余氯值,精确的计算净饮水设备的滤芯预测寿命,根据滤芯预测寿命为用户提供准确的滤芯更换时间。1.数据来源:①净饮水设备配网后,根据该净饮水设备所在位置的定位上报省份、城市、经度、维度以及检测到的水质TDS值和水质余氯值;其中,当水质TDS值>600时,水质系数为0.7,当450<水质TDS值≤600时,水质系数为0.8,当水质TDS值≤450时,水质系数为1,基准值为常数。②滤芯标准寿命:从云端数据库查询得到;③滤芯预测寿命:通过计算得到。 2.数据处理及应用:①滤芯预测寿命(T1)=滤芯标准寿命(T2)*水质系数(X)+LOG(基准值(Y)/水质TDS值(TDS)*水质余氯气值(L)),计算得到滤芯预测寿命的值取整数;根据该滤芯预测寿命为用户提供准确的滤芯更换时间。
This dataset is designed to accurately calculate the predicted service life of water purification equipment filter elements using water quality TDS value and free chlorine value, and provide users with accurate filter element replacement time based on the predicted service life.
1. Data Sources:
① After the water purification device is connected to the network, report the province, city, longitude, latitude of its installation location, as well as the detected water quality TDS value and free chlorine value via positioning. The water quality coefficient is set as 0.7 when TDS > 600, 0.8 when 450 < TDS ≤ 600, and 1 when TDS ≤ 450, with the reference value being a constant.
② Standard service life of filter elements: Obtained by querying the cloud database.
③ Predicted service life of filter elements: Calculated via the preset formula.
2. Data Processing and Application:
① The predicted service life of filter elements (T1) = Standard service life of filter elements (T2) * Water quality coefficient (X) + LOG(Reference value (Y) / (Water quality TDS value (TDS) * Water free chlorine value (L))). The calculated value of the predicted filter element service life is rounded to an integer. Accurate filter element replacement time is provided to users based on this predicted service life.
