To understand the effects of vascular endothelial cells (EC) on Neural stem cells (NSC) behavior ( NSC quiescence/activation) we performed whole genome RNA sequencing on NSC either co-cultured with EC (NSC+EC) or on NSC cultured alone (NSC) to analyze the differential gene expressions associated either with NSC quiescence or activation.
