Financial conflicts of interest among authors of clinical practice guidelines in Spain

We conducted a cross-sectional study to analyze the distribution and accuracy of Conflict of Interest disclosure among Spanish authors of relevant Clinical Practice Guidelines, comparing their declaration with the transfers of value records published annually by the main pharmaceutical company.
