Made from 2 pools of plasmids prepared from E. coli. Each pool has a series of inserts from Phaeodactylum tricornutum. Purpose of sequencing is to find the junctions of the inserts. Tagmentation will be performed for each of the two pools of plasmids. Then each pool will get 2 PCR reactions. The PCR reactions will each have 1 special primer to amplify the junction and 1 normal primer to amplify from the tagrmentation insertion.
