RAW macrophages: Control vs. LPS treated or Immunobiotic treated

The ability of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum LOC1 and LOC3, originally isolated from fresh tea leaves, to modulate the response of murine macrophages to the activation of Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) by the stimulation with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was evaluated. RAW macrophages were stimulated with LOC1 or LOC3 strains for 12 hours. Untreated macrophages were used as control. The three groups were then challenged with LPS. Microarray analysis was performed in macrophages 3 hours after the stimulation with the TLR4 agonist. Groups: unchallenged RAW macrophages, RAW macrophages + LPS, RAW macrophages + LOC1 + LPS, RAW macrophages + LOC3 + LPS. One replicate for each group.
