We investigated the role of lncRNAs to predict the response to preoperative tretament in locally advanced rectal adenocarcinoma We collected 30 samples of locally advanced rectal adenocarcinoma. Response to neoadjuvant treatment was considered positive in 18 samples, while 12 samples showed negative response.
