该数据集包括膨腹海马与三斑海马壮阳药效研究相关数据。该研究以氢化可的松制造小鼠肾阳虚模型,测定小鼠摄食量、摄水量、体重、肛温、自主活动、脏器指数(胸腺、脾脏、肾脏、睾丸)、血清睾酮与皮质酮含量,观察病理切片(睾丸、肾脏),比较壮阳药效。结果显示,三斑海马与膨腹海马对肾阳虚小鼠模型均具有壮阳作用,效果相当。该数据集可为膨腹海马壮阳相关产品的开发和利用提供数据支持。
This dataset contains data from a study investigating the aphrodisiac efficacy of Hippocampus abdominalis and Hippocampus trimaculatus. In this study, hydrocortisone was used to establish a mouse model of kidney yang deficiency. Multiple indicators were measured, including food intake, water intake, body weight, rectal temperature, spontaneous activity, organ indexes (thymus, spleen, kidney, testis), serum testosterone and corticosterone levels. Histopathological sections of the testis and kidney were also observed, and the aphrodisiac efficacies of the two seahorse species were compared. The results demonstrated that both Hippocampus trimaculatus and Hippocampus abdominalis exerted comparable aphrodisiac effects on the mouse model of kidney yang deficiency. This dataset can provide valuable data support for the development and utilization of aphrodisiac-related products based on Hippocampus abdominalis.
