Phylogeography and Population Genetics of Polemonium occidentale subsp. lacustre

Understanding the origins and conservation genetics of a taxon endemic to the Great Lakes Region, USA. Digested using restriction enzyme ApeKI by University of Wisconsin-Madison Biotech Center; samples pooled/multiplexed 96 per flowcell (sequencing) lane and sequenced in two lanes to give effective sequencing of 48 samples per lane; reads demultiplexed, filtered, and trimmed using ipyrad, removed any reads that contained the common adapter sequence, uncalled bases, or a phred score <33.
