Alpha-pinene and methyl salicylate mixing ratios collected on the ATTO INSTANT tower in April-May 2024

This dataset contains the abundances of (-)-alpha-pinene, (+)-alpha-pinene and methyl salicylate in the Amazon rainforest canopy given as mixing ratios with units of parts per trillion (pptV) and percentage uncertainties. The data was processed from cartridge samples taken at 23m on the ATTO INSTANT tower during 16th April 2024 to 3rd May 2024. Samples were taken every 1.5 hours for 30 minutes. Sampling start and end times are given as local Manaus time (UTC-4).
