Pemivibart Structural Vulnerability Index (PSVI) - Global Spike Escape Haplotype Dataset (n=65,463)Computational surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 escape potential against VYD2311, derived from 65,463 global sequences. Includes residue-level escape flags, PSVI score, and haplotype class.
收藏资源简介:
This dataset presents the Pemivibart Structural Vulnerability Index (PSVI), a computational metric quantifying global SARS-CoV-2 escape potential against the monoclonal antibody VYD2311 (Pemivibart). Derived from 65,463 globally sampled Spike protein sequences, the PSVI integrates structural epitope mapping with genomic surveillance to identify high-risk haplotypes. The accompanying summary provides an overview of key findings:PSVI Score Distribution: The number of escape mutations per sequence.Haplotype Risk Class: Prevalence of sequences classified as None, LowRisk, Elevated, or HighRisk.Escape Mutation Frequency: Per-residue escape rates at the 9 critical sites (R346, K444, F456, N460, F486, S371, Y498, N501, Y505).Top 10 High-Risk Constellations: The most frequent multi-mutation escape haplotypes driving High Risk classification. This resource is intended for researchers and public health agencies to monitor the real-time evolution of Pemivibart resistance and inform therapeutic strategy. The underlying data enables further analysis of geographic, temporal, and lineage-specific trends.Study by: Tahir HB
