The database includes RNA sequences, secondary structures, reactivity, and degradation rates under various conditions, aiming to address the key challenge of mRNA vaccine degradation during shipping and storage. The dataset is divided into two subsets, RYOS-1 and RYOS-2, from two different rounds of the Eterna platform.
