资源简介:
This dataset contains clinical and outcome data from a retrospective cross-sectional study evaluating fetal survival and neonatal outcomes following fetoscopic laser ablation (FLA) treatment for twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS). Data were collected from 114 twin pregnancies treated at Harapan Kita Women and Children Hospital, Indonesia, between January 2016 and December 2024. Maternal, fetal, and neonatal clinical characteristics were extracted from electronic medical records, neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) registries, and additional maternal follow-up. The dataset includes information on Quintero staging, procedural outcomes, gestational age at intervention and birth, survival rates at birth and 28 days postnatally, neonatal laboratory results, head ultrasound findings, and developmental outcomes where available. Statistical analyses were performed using Mann–Whitney U, Chi-square, and Fisher's exact tests to evaluate the relationships between Quintero stage and survival outcomes. Significant relationships were observed between Quintero stage and both fetal survival and neonatal outcomes. The dataset supports the hypothesis that fetal survival is associated with Quintero staging at the time of FLA intervention. Findings highlight improved survival rates with earlier intervention stages. Data are anonymized to protect patient confidentiality. Access to the dataset is restricted and available upon reasonable request to the corresponding author.
