Oracles That Cannot Fail: replication artifact

Mutant-level dataset and a self-contained reproduction program for the paper 'Oracles That Cannot Fail: Anchoring, and the Expectation That Moves With the Fault'. Covers a mutation analysis of twelve model-free property-test suites in a deployed air traffic control simulator, across six mutated targets and 48 mutation runs. Every published figure recomputes from the dataset alone; reproduce.mjs asserts each one and exits non-zero on disagreement. Mutant identities are opaque per-target labels assigned in a salted order, so no source position, replacement text or source ordering is derivable from the dataset.
